Vinified from the Alentejo regional Aragonez, Trincadeira and Castelão resulted in a young wine, ruby color, pleasant scent of red fruits and hints of vanilla.
With a soft structure presents a final rich and lingering finish.Winemaking: Destemmed with gente crushing of the grapes. Pre-fermentation cold maceration (12°C). Fermentation with selected yeasts and with temperature control (14 and 16°C) in stainless steel vats with pumping. Six month stage in barrels of French and American.
